Welcome to NABCO Entrances. Please regard the following document as a measurement for safekeeping of company policy. This policy applies to all employees. For your reference, company equipment includes but is not limited to the following:

All buildings, furnishings, fittings plant and equipment
Time and attendance systems
Toilets and staff amenities
Computers and other devices All vehicles
Intellectual property
Working apparatus
Safety equipment

Employees need to be mindful that all equipment which they use, or has been issued to them to perform their jobs, is owned by NABCO Entrances. All equipment and materials are to be used for company business during scheduled work hours only unless otherwise specified by an employee’s direct supervisor.

It is the responsibility of the employee to notify the company immediately of loss/damage/theft to the item(s), as to the occurrence and/or explanation thereto. Contact the IT department regarding loss of property and correlating incidents. If any property is stolen from the employee, it is expected of the employee to cooperate with NABCO Entrances in pursuit of other proper procedures. The company will conduct an investigation into any lost, damaged or stolen company property.

New hires given key fobs acknowledge accountability for security of their access. Notify the IT Department immediately if you misplace or lose a key fob. This is a security process to ensure the building and all the properties within are safe. There will be a replacement fee applied to lost key fobs at the following rates:

$15.00 First time replacement fee
$25.00 Reoccurring replacement fees

Any employee who is found to have neglected or misused NABCO property will be subject to management evaluation for further action. NABCO reserves the right to require the employee to pay all or part of the cost to any repairs or replacements of property damaged by the employee.
